Payments

All course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan. Course access may be limited until payment requirements are completed. FIFOLearning reserves the right to update course pricing and payment policies when necessary.

Refund Policy 

Refunds are available only if the student has not joined or attended any classes after enrollment. If a student attends even one class, the enrollment will be considered active, and the payment will not be eligible for a refund. Once classes begin, resources, teacher arrangements, and scheduling processes are already in place, so refunds cannot be provided. Students are requested to review the course details carefully before enrolling. The refund process usually takes 2–4 weeks to complete after approval. Any approved refund will be processed according to FIFOLearning’s refund terms and conditions.

Attendance and Learning Progress

Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly and complete assigned lessons for better results. Learning progress depends on student participation practice and consistency. Class schedules may be adjusted due to unavoidable circumstances.

Student Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior with teachers staff and other learners. Any form of misuse harassment or disruption of the learning environment may result in restricted access to FIFOLearning services.

Intellectual Property

All course content including videos notes graphics and learning materials are owned by FIFOLearning. These resources are provided for personal educational use only and cannot be copied shared or used commercially without permission.

Privacy

FIFOLearning respects your privacy and collects information only for registration communication course management and service improvement. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

Changes to Services

FIFOLearning may update courses schedules instructors features or policies to improve the learning experience. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be updated on our website.
